For orders to be delivered within Hong Kong, we use SF Express or other reliable courier companies. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition.
International Shipping
For orders to be delivered outside of Hong Kong, we utilize e-Express Post by HK Post. This service provides an efficient and secure way to ensure your items reach you, no matter where you are in the world.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the weight of the product and include simple gift box packaging. The total cost will be calculated at checkout, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees.
Free Shipping & Handling:
- For orders exceeding HK$1000, complimentary delivery is provided within Hong Kong.
- For orders exceeding US$250, complimentary delivery is available to all international destinations outside Hong Kong.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided to you once your shipment has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Processing Time
